Blueline has a strong presence in the commercial and government markets.  The company has many abilities that make it a unique and effective contractor in the ever-changing marketplace.  Blueline has a diverse background of expertise, including:  general construction, finish carpentry, casework and cabinetry, and historic restoration.  These abilities enable us to best serve our customer’s needs by not having to rely on outside contractors.

Blueline has had the privilege of being involved in many State projects such as:

Portola Redwoods State Park, where we deconstructed the original redwood water tanks and water treatment facility, graded, and constructed new foundations for the new metal tanks.

Fort Ross Fur Trading Building, where we built the new stairs, ladders, railings, and other custom redwood pieces for the new Fur Trading center inside the fort.

Angel Island Immigration Hospital, where we were involved in the stabilization and restoration of the original Immigration Hospital.

Stanley Mosk Courts and Library Building, located at the State capital, houses of the Supreme Court of California and the California State Library. We were involved in the historic restoration and reconstruction of the windows. We also manufactured all the casework, cabinetry and trim for the project.

Opa! Restaurant

The Opa! restaurant building underwent a full seismic engineering upgrade to enable us to create the folding door opening and bring the outdoors into this incredible restaurant. The interior boasts an old world charm with the stone, rustic beams, and faux wall finishes, but you can’t miss the glow of the onyx bar during the Walnut Creek nightlife.
